Specifications︰
Application: LASER IMAGESETTING FILM LP-6328II is designed for Helium Neon laser or red laser imagesetters with light source as 632.8nm to 670nm and suitable for text and line as well as image.
Characteristics: *Extra-hard contrast, high resolution and excellent dot sharpness, suitable for output of text, line and image. *High maximum density, moderate sensitivity. *Wide exposure and developing latitude, suitable for rapid access at high temperature. *The base is a specially-made polyester with good flatness and dimensional stability.
Sizes *In box: 420mmX550mmX50sheets/box 372mmX565mmX50sheets/box 290mmX400mmX50sheets/box *In roll: 1.27mX30m/roll 0.76X30m/roll 0.42X30m/roll 0.39mX30m/roll 0.30mX30m/roll 0.25mX30m/roll 0.19mX30m/roll 0.15mX30m/roll 0.76mX50.8m/roll=30"X200'/roll * Other size are also avaliable as required.
Safelighting and Unpacking * The film should be unpacked in complete darkness or under safelight . The safelight is dark green light with a wavelength of 500-520nm. After unpacking, the film should be used up as soon as possble. The left film should be repacked with the original materials. * Be careful when operating. Prevent film from friction, folding, oil and fingerprint, etc.
Exposure: Expose the film on a laser imagesetter. Exposure conditions should be finalized by tests because of different types or diode ages.
Processing: Developing conditions are recommended in the following table. Developing temperature 30-32¡æ 34-35¡æ(would be the first option of condition for customer) Developing time 60-50s 40-50s
Storage: * Store the film in a cool and dry place. Temperature is not higher than 20¡æ and RH not higher than 65%. Too warm or too humid will shorten the film¡¯s shelf life. * Avoid radiation or corrosion of other substances.
Guarantee Period: 18 months according to the storage conditions.
